Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and residences. Please make sure you have correctly entered your mailing address. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address entries for the online shipping orders.
Yes. We do not require a signature for any packages, and are therefore not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed packages, packages left at doorsteps or with building attendants. Once the delivery is confirmed by the postal service, we are no longer responsible for the package.
We are sorry but we do not offer refunds, we may exchange your cashew selection, depending on the circumstance. If an exchange is given, the cost of shipment for the exchange will be billed at the customer’s expense. We do not give refunds.
